João Carlos da Silva Sampaio - João Sampaio, was born in Salvador, Bahia, graduated from the Federal University of Bahia as a civil engineer. He works as a developer, real estate consultant and business consultant, but he served as director of companies such as Compacta Engenharia Ltda and BCS Construtora Ltda from 1987 to 2001 where he carried out real estate projects, in Salvador and the interior of Bahia, consisting of residential buildings, subdivisions, condominiums houses and a shopping mall with 75 stores, cinemas and anchors; during this period, he also worked in parallel as a public works contractor for the Government of the State of Bahia for which he built: schools, sports gyms, buildings for public administration, and water mains with water supply systems in several cities in Bahia.

In 2004, he created the Real Estate Consultancy, where he started to act as a real estate consultant focused on the creation, formatting and development of real estate projects.

Participated in the elaboration of the Master plan of 02 large areas in Imbasai-Bahia, one for the CLK-Orissio group and another for the Portuguese group Reta Atlântico

In 2004, it created a multi-sectoral mission involving ADEMI-BA with ten of its largest associates, the State Government through Suinvest and the municipal governments of Salvador, Lauro de Freitas and Camaçari. With this team he participated in 3 international fairs in the period 2005 and 2006, generating credibility and attracting the attention of international investors who started to have Bahia exhibited in a more organized way.

Between 2005 and 2009 he was Real Estate Coordinator in Brazil for the Portuguese business group Pestana Hotels & Resorts, creating and formatting 3 real estate products in the tourism area: Pestana Lodge Bahia, Pestana Ipojuca Beach and Resort and requalification of Hotel Pestana Bahia.

Created and formatted Clinica Médica Abaeté, a structured polyclinic in the Itapua neighborhood, selling to Grupo Bio Chek-up.

Provided services to Real Estate Developer Cyrela-Andrade Mendonça in the years 2010 and 2011, as Director of Real Estate and Resorts Development, being responsible for the preparation of acquisitions of project studies areas for new business of the real estate developer for Bahia From 2015 to April 2019 - He served as Executive Director of the Socrates Guanaes Institute, a non-profit 3rd Sector Institution, where he was mainly responsible for the Financial, Legal and Contracts areas, found the Institution managing 03 Hospital Units in the States of Goias and Rio de Janeiro with approximately 1850 employees and managing approx. R $ 260 million reais / year of resources and left the position with the Institution managing 07 units with management of resources of the order of R $ 600 million reais / year in the states of Rio de Janeiro, Goiás and São Paulo directly employing approx. 5,000 employees.

Concomitant of this 1998 serves as Director of Objetiva Engenharia and this 2003 Director of the company JCSampaio Consultoria Empresarial.
